Building prototypes is an integral part of the product development verivication & validation process. We build prototypes for everything from decorative box packaging, printed products, and high cosmetic precision CNC'd parts, to integrated mechanical and electronic systems.
We use 5-axis CNC, lathes, milling, bending, stamping, laser cutting, SLA, SLS, SLM, and vacuum casting to create part bases. We then add finishing techniques like spray-painting, UV, plating, custom polishing, silk-screen and pad printing. We can build test tools for prototype and small batch quantities, which helps quickly validate tooling plans while delivering enough production quality parts for both engineering and marketing team use.
Standard lead times for complex prototypes is 14-20 days. We also offer premium quickturn service with turnaround times from 3-10 days.
