BOM Quote Limited (“Bomquote.com”) respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to information we collect through our websites and services. By using our websites and services you agree to our collection, use, disclosure and transfer of information as described here. This statement does not, however, govern the terms of our relationship or constitute any representation or warranty. We collect such data so that we can better understand the market for custom manufactured products and improve our products, services, and costs. We may disclose, distribute, transfer, and sell such data and the data that we collect from or in connection with such data; provided, however, if we do disclose such data, all personal information contained in such messages will be removed prior to any such disclosure.

We may collect and use associated data to build anonymous market research products and services with trusted business partners. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Aggregated data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Notice.

Security

We have various security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information used with the Site and under our control. These measures include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted server access.

All confidential commercial information entered on the Site is secured from access by unauthorized parties through multiple levels of password protection, encryption and other internal processes designed to prevent unauthorized parties from coming into contact with sensitive user information. In communicating with registered users, we support the industry standard SSL mechanism for securing data traffic to and from the Site.

While we strive to protect our users' information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that you are aware of security and privacy limitations, including but not limited to: (1) the limitation of security, privacy and authentication measures and features in this system; and (2) that data or information on the Site or Service may be subject to eavesdropping, sniffing, spoofing, forgery, spamming, "impostering", tampering, breaking passwords, harassment, fraud, electronic trespassing, hacking, nuking, system contamination (including, without limitation, viruses, worms and Trojan horses) causing unauthorized, damaging or harmful access and/or retrieval of information and data on your computer, may be subject to other security or privacy hazards or may not reach its destination or may reach an erroneous address or recipient.

Information Collected by Automated Means

We may obtain certain personal and non-personal information by automated means when you visit our sites. The type of information we collect by automated means may vary, but generally includes technical information about your device, such as IP address or other device identifier. The information we collect also may include usage information and statistics about your interaction with our websites. That information may include the URLs of our web pages that you visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, platform type, and other information about how you used our websites.

In cases where you use a mobile device to access our sites, we will receive information about the location of your device. Web Browsers

Do Not Track Browser Signals

At this time, the Bomquote.com websites and services do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include “do not track” instructions. However, you may be able to change your privacy preferences regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies through your browser, as described above.

Sharing of Information

We may share personal information we collect with our parent company, other affiliated companies, and trusted business partners. We also will share personal information with service providers that perform services on our behalf. Our non-affiliated business partners and service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.

We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets.

As described in “Our Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information” above, we may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.

How We Protect Personal Information

These sites may be operated by organizations not affiliated with Bomquote.com, so we cannot control and are not responsible for their content, operation, or privacy practices. Those organizations may have their own privacy policies, which we strongly suggest you review if you use other sites. This Notice does not apply to those sites, even if we link to them or they link to us.

Children’s Privacy

Bomquote.com does not direct its websites to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a user who is under the age of thirteen, we will delete the information from our records.

Transfers of Information

As part of our international operations, we may transfer information about you to any jurisdiction where we do business. Even if those jurisdictions do not have the same privacy laws as the jurisdiction where you reside, we will treat your information as subject to the protections described in this Notice.
