We manufacture high quality die cast parts using a metal casting process that forces molten metal under high pressure into a custom designed die cast mold cavity. We create die cast molds using hardened tool steel dies that have been machined according to required specifications.

Our process is capable to meet precision applications and use cases such as custom designed heat sinks for high-end vaporizor PCBA's or medical devices.

We can die cast parts made from zinc, copper, aluminium, magnesium, lead, pewter and tin based alloys. Depending on the type of metal being cast, we can use an appropriate hot or cold-chamber machine. We can also provide lost-wax removal cast parts as an option to consider.
