BOM Quote Manufacturing has rich experience with all kinds of electronic and mechanical integrated assembly to meet customer specifications. We first fabricate all the individual BOM components to prepare for final assembly. We verify and validate all the component parts meet specifications, receive them through incoming quality inspection, check the parts into our warehouse, and confirm all materials are qualified for final system integration.

In system integration phase, we assemble and solder components, wires, cables, connectors, and create wiring harnesses as required. We create jigs and fixtures to position and hold parts during assembly. We proactively design and create poka-yoke tools and assembly processes which eliminate variability and increase product quality. We perform in-process automated and manual tests to ensure mechanical alignment, electrical continuity, and circuit functionality.
